The team helps clients – especially marketing, brand, digital and customer intelligence teams – gain insight from social media. This can be anything from competitor bench-marking, influencer identification and reputation management, to customer perceptions, campaign analysis and audience profiling.

We are moving beyond analytics to strategic research, in order to uncover insights that can really support clients’ business challenges. We work across sectors and markets; our typical client is a multinational in a competitive industry such as telecoms, healthcare or FMCG.
